I’d like to thank tonight’s Owen’s Bistro staff for helping to make this week not suck huge pteranodon balls. Despite the fact that I’m home for the summer, I hardly get to see my parents and I often (most always) find myself bored and lonely. When I go to work I like to stay longer than what the time card says so that I can lend a helping hand to the people who took me in. Tonight was great as we finished up a work week of success and reached some high points. Due to a surplus of food, Chef Jim and cook Jarod served the staff a banquet. So, tonight was me, Augustus, Chase, Jim, Denise, and Jarod sitting together like a family. Laughing, sharing stories, conversing in the friendliest of ways over five-star food and semi-cold beers. Not to mention the extra cash I earned tonight. I know that none of you read this, but thanks again everyone. It meant a lot to me.
